Shauna, owner and mastermind behind Mackenzie Image Consulting, isn’t trying to change anyone. “When I sit down with a client, I ask them, ‘how do you want to be perceived?’ And then, I work with them on a very personal level, to match their style and appearance with the image they desire to project.”
Often, Shauna finds that there is a disconnect between the image her clients believe they are portraying and the image that they are actually portraying. Her main job is to teach her clients how to eliminate this gap. Color consultations, body type and facial structure analyses, along with image assessments teach clients how to dress to accentuate their best features, while nonverbal and verbal communication strategies help clients build confidence.
